A company is looking for an L1 Support Engineer - VoIP and Cloud Communications.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first-level troubleshooting and ticket handling for incoming support requests
- Investigate platform issues and collect diagnostic data to assist in resolutions
- Deliver on-site customer support and elevate findings to remote L2 engineers
- A degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Basic understanding of IT systems, networking fundamentals, or cloud concepts
- Any experience in IT support, helpdesk, or junior cloud / infrastructure roles is advantageous
- Strong willingness to learn about CCaaS, VoIP, and cloud communication technologies
- Ability to gather logs and document issues clearly for escalation
