Product Support Specialist Virtual Vocations

A company is looking for a Product Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities- Provide phone and ticketing case support for FACTS products / services
- Collaborate with internal teams to proactively address client needs
- Deliver online training to new institutions and contacts on product usage
- Associate degree in a related field (Bachelor's preferred) or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of experience in account management or customer service, preferably in education or technology
- Proven ability to manage client relationships
- Experience with SaaS products is preferred
- Strong computer skills, including experience with CRM databases
