Service Now Developer

Location:

Omaha, NE (Onsite)

• Strong knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, HRSD and ITAM Modules.
• Strong knowledge of Service Now platform capabilities, architecture, and best practices.
• Experience in integrating Service Now with various IT systems and tools using MID Server, web services, APIs, etc.
• Proactively monitor and tune system performance, optimizing complex queries, reports, and background scripts. Script execution efficiency, query performance tuning, background script optimization, report/dashboard performance.
• Experience integrating Service Now with enterprise identity systems (LDAP, AD, SSO, SAML, OAuth).
• Experience in core platform mechanics including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, Flow Designer, UI builder (Configurable workspace), Playbook and Advanced Workflows.
• Experience with Source Control (e.g., Git) for collaborative development and using Studio.
  
  CI/DC processes.
• Experience with Mobile App Builder (MAB), Mobile Studio, Applets, and setting up Offline Mode functionality.

• Design, develop, and maintain custom applications and reusable components on the Service Now platform using JavaScript (client/server-side), Glide Script, HTML, CSS for Service Portal development.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, HRSD and ITAM Modules.
• Strong knowledge of Service Now platform capabilities, architecture, and best practices.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, REST/SOAP Web Services, Integration Hub, and MID Servers, specific knowledge of LDAP/Active Directory integration.
• Experience in integrating Service Now with various IT systems and tools using MID Server, web services, APIs, etc.

  Previous professional experience working as a developer or consultant in a railroad, heavy industry, transportation, or logistics environment is a significant plus.

• Good to have Data Analytics (Tableau, Snowflake), ITOM Modules.

Salary: $92,250 - $138,246, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
