We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Technical Lead – CIG Integration to drive end‑to‑end implementation and integration initiatives across the Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) landscape. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Ariba Upstream (Sourcing, Contracts, SLP) and Downstream (Buying & Invoicing) modules, with deep hands‑on experience in Ariba integrations, particularly via Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG).

This role requires leadership capabilities to manage full lifecycle implementations, client‑facing engagements, and support/maintenance projects while ensuring delivery excellence and high client satisfaction.

• Lead full systems lifecycle from requirements gathering, blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP Ariba solutions.
• Drive SAP Ariba integration initiatives using CIG, SAP PI/PO, CI9, ITK, Web Services, RFC, and Business Add‑ons.
• Design and implement functional and technical specifications based on business requirements.
• Manage Ariba integration architecture between SAP ERP / S/4
  
  HANA and Ariba modules.
• Understand configuration dependencies and interrelationships across Ariba modules and resolve integration issues effectively.
• Lead user workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and documentation preparation.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements within the Source‑to‑Pay functional area.

• Lead SAP Ariba implementation, rollout, and support projects.
• Manage and mentor small to large SAP teams in a delivery capacity.
• Ensure timely and high-quality deliverables aligned with client expectations.
• Identify risks, optimize processes, and implement strategies to improve productivity and cost efficiency.
• Act as primary client‑facing technical lead for consulting engagements.

• 7–10 years of total experience (minimum 3+ years relevant SAP Ariba experience).
• 8+ years of technical experience with SAP Ariba integrations (CIG, SAP PI/PO, CI9, ITK, Web Services, RFC).
• 3+ years of experience in SAP Ariba configuration (Sourcing, Contracts, SLP, Buying & Invoicing).
• 3+ years of SAP ERP / SAP S/4
  
  HANA configuration experience.
• Experience with 3+ full lifecycle (FLC) large‑scale SAP implementations.
• Strong knowledge of integration architecture and troubleshooting.
• Experience designing and supporting knowledge management solutions.

• 3+ years in a Delivery Lead role managing SAP teams.
• 3+ years of client‑facing consulting experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in management consulting or Big 4 consulting firms preferred.
• Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills.

• SAP Ariba Integration Certification (preferred).
• Certifications in Ariba Sourcing, Contracts, SLP, Buying & Invoicing, or Commerce Automation (plus).
• Experience with SAP MM in S/4
  
  HANA (strong advantage).
