The Associate Product Manager – Grower Software will play a pivotal leadership role within the Digital Product Organization, managing a team of direct reports and guiding cross-functional contributors to deliver impactful grower-facing digital solutions. Reporting to the Senior Director, Digital Products, this role is ideal for a technically proficient leader with a passion for grower enablement platforms and delivering seamless digital experiences.
The Associate Product Manager will oversee the execution of Grower Software initiatives, including applications such as AgSense 365, Scheduling and others, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs while fostering collaboration across Sales, Engineering, IT, and Grower Support.
- Lead cross-functional team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Report to the Senior Director, Digital Products within the Digital Product Organization.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Grower Software product features and enhancements, prioritizing based on impact and feasibility.
- Drive the execution of the Grower Software product roadmap, including technical integrations, automation, and user experience improvements.
- Oversee the planning and delivery of digital product initiatives that enhance grower engagement and deliver measurable business value.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform digital product strategy and positioning.
- Monitor product performance, user adoption, and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with developers, UX designers, and grower support teams to deliver robust, user-friendly, and compliant solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user stories, technical specifications, and release notes.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, data governance standards, and platform best practices.
- Travel up to 20% domestically and internationally for stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and user research.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3+ years experience or Associate's Degree with 5+ years of experience or 7+ years experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product management, dealer systems administration, or business analysis, preferably within a digital product environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and sprint planning.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across departments.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced digital environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and dealer journey mapping in digital products.
- Familiarity with third-party integrations and dealer portal technologies.
- Experience transforming dealer feedback into actionable digital product requirements.
