Data Analyst, Business Systems/ Tech Analyst
Guardify is a sustainable social enterprise helping criminal justice ecosystems with digital evidence technology. We are seeking an energetic Rev Ops & Finance Analyst to join our mission‑driven, rapidly expanding startup.
About You- A few years of business experience; ideally revenue operations, sales operations, or a comparable role at a SaaS company, venture firm, or investment bank
- Background in at least one of: AI tools and automation, computer systems, data modeling, or analytics
- Hands‑on with Hub Spot. Bonus points for Panda Doc, Apollo, and Quick Books
- Comfortable in spreadsheets, SQL, and light scripting (Python, JavaScript, or similar) at whatever depth the problem needs
- Sharp written and verbal communicator; you can explain a workflow change to a rep and a margin trend to a board member
- Bias toward simple over clever. The best system is the one people actually use.
You’ll own the systems, workflows, and data that sales, support, and account management run on day‑to‑day. Hub Spot, Panda Doc, Apollo, Quick Books, and the AI tools we layer on top—such as drafting, summarizing, and scoring—will be your domain. You’ll keep them clean, connected, and useful, build dashboards leadership trusts, and automate work that should never have been manual. Your goal is to enable reps to focus on selling, renewing, and serving customers, not chasing data or fighting tools.
This isn’t a reporting role. It’s an impact role.
How You’ll Be MeasuredOne thing matters most: did sales hit plan, and did your work help them get there?
- Quota attainment across reps and teams
- Build and optimize accurate revenue reporting for financial reports, team reporting, and compensation assessment
- Pipeline velocity, conversion, and forecast accuracy
- Time saved by the automations and workflows you ship
- Quality and trust of the data feeding executive and board reporting
- Own Hub Spot end‑to‑end: pipelines, properties, automations, integrations, and hygiene
- Build Configure – Price – Quote templates (Panda Doc) and approval flows that move deals faster
- Run the outbound stack (Apollo or Clay) to support a productive top of funnel
- Connect Hub Spot, Quick Books, and the rest of the GTM stack so revenue data is one source of truth
- Build dashboards in BI/AI analytics tools (or your tool of choice) that the CEO, board, and investors actually use
- Integrate AI tools into daily workflow—drafting, summarizing, scoring, routing, and other tasks that buy the team time
- Partner with the leadership team on board, investor, and operating reporting
- Spot broken processes before anyone else does, and fix them
