The RoleThe Business Analysis Manager will lead a team of three and drive two critical mandates: enterprise-wide process improvement and executive-level analytical decision support.
This is a high-impact builder role designed for a leader who thrives in scaling environments. As the organization grows, this individual will identify operational inefficiencies, design scalable solutions, and deliver data-driven insights that influence executive decision-making. The role operates cross-functionally across all departments and carries strong executive sponsorship. This position is full time and in the office during regular business hours.
JobFunctions Process Improvement
- Evaluate and redesign workflows across Operations, Physician Services, Customer Support, Sales, and other departments
- Lead root cause analysis and implement scalable, measurable process improvements
- Establish performance metrics and monitor results post-implementation
- Maintain and prioritize an enterprise-wide improvement roadmap
- Oversee KPI dashboards and enterprise performance reporting
- Support pricing strategy and competitive analysis
- Deliver ad hoc executive analysis and forward-looking scenario modeling
- Partner with IT to ensure data integrity across key systems (including Salesforce and scheduling platforms)
- Lead and develop a team of analysts
- Manage intake, prioritization, and quality standards for analytical and process improvement work
- Build long-term team capability and cross-functional influence
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable results
- Strong analytical and modeling skills
- Experience managing or mentoring analytical staff
- Excellent communication skills and executive presence
- High degree of initiative and accountability
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or process improvement
- Familiarity with Salesforce and workforce scheduling platforms
- Exposure to pricing strategy or revenue analytics
- Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process methodology training
