Purpose and Impact
This position is contingent upon award of contract, business needs and funding availability. We are seeking an Expert-Level Analytical Facilitator to lead the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of intelligence training programs supporting Air Combat Command (ACC), Joint, and Intelligence Community (IC) missions.
This position serves as a senior subject matter expert responsible for driving intelligence tradecraft, operational standards, and training excellence across multi‑domain ISR operations. The candidate will design and deliver advanced training curricula, integrate emerging capabilities and doctrine, and provide analytic leadership supporting operational readiness and mission effectiveness.
Essential Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and deliver comprehensive intelligence training programs, courseware, and instructional materials aligned with ACC, Air Force, and IC objectives.
- Deliver training via Mobile Training Teams (MTT) and in‑residence instruction to government, military, and contractor personnel.
- Develop and execute training supporting Sensor‑to‑Shooter (StS) operations, Multi‑INT integration, targeting and analysis tradecraft, and intelligence support to air, ground, cyber, and ISR mission systems.
- Support ACC Intelligence Initial Qualification Course (IIQC) execution, including academic instruction, course material development, and maintenance.
- Participate in MAJCOM training forums and maintain operational awareness of Mission Design Series (MDS) and ISR support requirements.
- Support Cyber Intelligence Formal Training Unit (CIFTU) instruction, including delivery of CYBERCOM‑aligned training and development of Air Force‑specific curriculum.
- Provide academic, simulator, and inflight training to ISR aircrew.
- Deliver instruction on aircraft systems, regulatory guidance, and ISR mission execution.
- Serve as a qualified instructor for simulator and airborne training events.
- Create lesson plans, presentations, and curricula supporting intelligence tradecraft, mission systems, and operational capabilities.
- Maintain training materials within designated systems (e.g., AGILE, Training Development Capability (TDC)).
- Encourage collaboration, critical thinking, and analytic rigor in group settings.
The position supports sensitive operations and demands strict adherence to IC analytic standards, information security requirements, and professional ethics.
Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)- Previous experience with RC‑135, RQ‑4, or ISR aircrew training.
- Prior instructor certification or formal training experience within Air Force intelligence program.
- Demonstrated experience in intelligence training development and delivery, ISR operations and multi‑INT integration, Air Force or Joint operational environments.
- Experience supporting formal training units (FTU), intelligence schools, or operational training programs.
- Proven ability to develop and implement training for emerging technologies and mission capabilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including briefing senior military and civilian leaders.
- Ability to work with diverse teams in fast‑paced, classified environments.
- Willingness to comply with all DoD, Air Force, and IC security and conduct standards.
- Ability to complete and maintain required training throughout contract performance.
- Availability to support CONUS and OCONUS missions as required.
- Responsible for maintaining qualifications and training unless Government‑directed.
- TS/SCI eligibility. A polygraph may be required for some positions.
- Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree plus an additional 5 years of expert‑level experience (total 20 years).
- 15 years of relevant intelligence analysis and/or ISR training experience
, with recent experience within the past 2 years.
- Prior instructor certification or formal training experience within Air Force intelligence programs.
- Foreign language program management or training experience (desired).
- Familiarity with CYBERCOM training standards (CTIAC) and cyber intelligence operations.
- Familiarity with ICD 203 and related analytic integrity standards.
- Experience supporting operational or mission‑focused analytic teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to guide senior analysts and leaders.
