Systems Engineer, IT Support, Cybersecurity, Systems Analyst
USSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies. SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety of the U.S. and its allies by providing 24/7 IT services and network support for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments.
Responsibilities- Designs, develops, and maintains the Service Now platform to ensure efficient ITSM processes and enhance the overall user experience.
- Designs, develops, and customizes Service Now applications, modules, and integrations to meet business needs.
- Creates and configures workflows, business rules, UI policies, and notifications.
- Collaborates with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
- Troubleshoots and resolves issues related to Service Now functionality.
- Supports Service Now integrations using REST, SOAP, JSON, and other relevant protocols.
- Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline;
Master’s Degree desired. - 15+ years of related experience.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
- ITIL 4 Foundation certification within 9 months of start;
Security+, CASP+, CCSP, Cloud+, or CSSLP certification. - Location:

Salary range: $181,138 – $245,070, subject to experience, location, and contractual terms.
Scheduled weekly hours: 40.
Travel required:
less than 10%.
Telecommuting options: onsite.
