External Accounts Specialist

Position Overview

EXTERNAL ACCOUNTS SPECIALIST at SCITLS, located at USA NE Offutt AFB. Responsible for managing escalated external user accounts across multiple secure networks, ensuring compliance with IL5/IL6 standards, and providing support to Windows System Administration functions.

• Manage and resolve escalated issues related to external user accounts for systems such as JWICS, C2IE, AMHS, DCIN-TS, DoD
  365 (NIPR/SIPR), DEPO, and Organizational Messaging.
• Handle account lifecycle management, including adding users, updating settings, deleting stale accounts, and managing licenses.
• Conduct regular audits to verify access controls, identify inconsistencies, and maintain accurate records.
• Troubleshoot account-related issues involving external business partners, coordinating with system administrators, external providers, and security teams to ensure seamless workflows.
• Support secure and efficient account management processes, enabling uninterrupted access to mission-critical systems while adhering to compliance requirements and organizational objectives.
• Provide additional Windows System Administrator support on Net Terrain and Flexera for application updates, maintenance, and support.

• 3+ years of related experience in backup and recovery, critical systems, or Windows system administration.
• US Citizenship required.
• Top Secret clearance required, with eligibility for Top Secret/SCI.
• Certifications:
  
  ITIL 4 Foundation required within 9 months of hire;
  Cloud+, GICSP, SSCP, Security+, GSEC, GFACT required within 6 months of hire.

• Salary range: $85,093 - $109,250 (subject to experience, location, and contractual requirements).
