This role designs, builds, and maintains low‑code applications, reports/dashboard, automations, and AI‑powered agents. The focus is on enterprise‑grade solutions, operating within established governance, security, and data standards while partnering closely with business stakeholders, data teams, quality analysts, and platform administrators. The developer is expected to deliver reliable, secure, and supportable solutions (reports, apps, automations, AI agents, etc.), not prototypes alone, and to contribute to platform maturity through reusable components, documentation, and best practices.
Additionally, the developer may provide automation analysis.
- Experience with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or Azure Foundry or other AI tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI.
- Ability to read and reason about JSON, expressions, and basic scripting where needed.
- Understanding of data governance, data privacy, and regulatory environments.
- Exposure to Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) and working with makers and end users in support and testing activities.
- Microsoft Power Platform and AI tool certifications.
- Experience building solutions with Microsoft Power Platform or comparable low‑code platforms.
- Familiarity with governed enterprise environments (not ad‑hoc personal apps only).
- Exposure to AI‑powered solutions, agentic agents, or conversational agents.
- Familiarity with application lifecycle management (ALM) concepts.
