* Senior Program Manager

** About your role:*
* As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead client programs and project development requests that help Fiserv deliver on commitments to financial institution partners. You will work across client, product, technology, and internal stakeholder groups to define requirements, align priorities, and drive execution. Your work is important to client satisfaction, delivery outcomes, and the successful advancement of cross-client initiatives.

** What you'll do:*
* + Lead project intake, client prioritization, and program planning activities to align work with business objectives and delivery commitments

+ Gather, document, and refine business and functional requirements through direct client conversations and cross-functional stakeholder engagement

+ Serve as the liaison between clients and Fiserv teams to support client initiatives, resolve issues, and maintain alignment throughout delivery

+ Manage a portfolio of client projects to ensure timely execution, clear communication, and successful delivery against agreed objectives

+ Partner with product and technology teams to support client driven initiatives

+ Develop strong client relationships, establish credibility with internal and external stakeholders, and facilitate collaboration across groups that may not otherwise interact directly

+ Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.

** Experience you'll need to have:*
* + 4+ years of experience in business and IT program and project management, including ownership of project intake, requirements, and delivery execution

+ Experience researching current Fiserv product functionality to determine if there is a current solution vs requiring development.

+ Experience translating business objectives into written technical requirements understandable by varying levels of an organization to ensure project completion in a timely manner.

+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience

** Experience that would be great to have:*
* + Demonstrated ability to analyze project needs by understanding business rationale, evaluating risks of unmet functionality, and identifying impacts to clients and third‑party dependencies.

+ Experience managing client-facing projects and portfolios in a financial services, payments, or technology environment

+ Client-facing experience at Fiserv

+ Experience using Clarity PPM

** How you'll work:*
* + This role is on-site Monday through Friday in Omaha, NE. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.

+ This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.
