need a senior pm, with outstanding communication skills, extreme ownership, proactive, ability to navigate complex/matrixed teams to get updates, ability to build clear project plans, bring visibility to potential roadblocks soon, need to manage jira, daily scrums, own the outcomes, and be a strong dependable resource to the reporting leader to run the project efficiently.

we are seeking a highly driven and experienced senior project manager to lead complex initiatives across cross-functional and matrixed teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, extreme ownership, proactive risk management, and the ability to drive clarity and execution in fast-paced environments.

this role requires a dependable leader who can independently run projects end-to-end, provide strong visibility to stakeholders, and serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership.

• own and drive end-to-end project execution across multiple cross-functional and matrixed teams.
• develop comprehensive and clearly structured project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
• proactively identify risks, blockers, and potential roadblocks; elevate early with mitigation strategies.
• navigate complex stakeholder environments to gather updates, ensure alignment, and remove impediments.
• lead daily scrums, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies.
• manage and maintain jira boards, ensuring accurate tracking of tasks, deliverables, and progress.
• ensure strong documentation, status reporting, and visibility across leadership and stakeholders.
• drive accountability across teams and ensure commitments translate into measurable outcomes.
• partner closely with the reporting leader to ensure operational excellence and efficient project execution.
• maintain focus on delivery, quality, and timeline adherence.

• 8+ years of project management experience, preferably in complex enterprise environments.
• proven ability to manage cross-functional and matrixed teams.
• outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• strong stakeholder management and executive reporting capabilities.
• expertise in agile methodologies and hands-on experience managing jira.
• demonstrated ability to anticipate risks and resolve issues proactively.
• strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• ability to operate independently with extreme ownership and accountability.
• track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.

• pmp, scrum master, or equivalent certification.
• experience working in large, fast-paced organizations.
• experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
