IT Support, Systems Administrator, Technical Support
Insight Global is hiring for an IT Administrator (Repair Tech) to work onsite at a school district in Omaha, Nebraska. They will work on the hardware team, working closely with networking teams and school leaders.
Key Responsibilities- 80% Hardware break/fix
- Most heavily working with school laptops but can also include other classroom technology
- 20% Software break/fix
- Working through a proprietary ticketing system
Pay rate ranges $25 - $30/hr depending on experience
Skills and Requirements- 3+ years of administration experience
- Experience break/fix troubleshooting
- Strong communicator (ability to understand high level leaders' needs)
- Experience working with a ticketing system C++, A+, CTIA certifications
- Ability to provide IT strategic direction for a school district
- Networking experience
- Lenovo certified
- Apple certified
