** Mission*
* USSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies. SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety.
** Job Description*
* + Enterprise Architect:
Leads model development and curation for the enterprise architecture utilizing MBSE methods according to UAF standards.
+ Defines digital platform architecture frameworks, including design methodology and best practices to be used as a reference for the Architecture team.
+ Implements the platform under the control of an automated configuration management framework.
+ Provides in-depth knowledge of information security.
+ Holds responsibility for the architecture of the data framework that is required by the operations to collect and make available program performance metrics.
** Role and Responsibilities** **:*
* + Must be capable of performing analysis of system operations
+ Must be capable of system decomposition via OMG frameworks (UML, DoDAF 2.0/UPDM, SysML, UAF)
+ Must be able to model systems via different perspectives (e.g. capability, operational, system, functional) and at various levels of abstraction
+ Must be familiar with UML modeling tools (Cameo Enterprise Architect preferred)
+ Must be able to meet with stakeholders in a variety of system domains and analyze requirement, process, system, and/or capability
+ Must be capable of extending UML-based models to other tools or modeling environments via existing frameworks/API's
+ Must be familiar with executable models (fUML specification preferred)
+ Must have the ability to generate/produce data and reports
+ Interact and professionally exhibit customer service skills and be able to present a positive approach with customers and peers

* Required:
** Ability to Obtain ITIL 4 Foundation - ITSM Certification within the first 9 months
** *
* ** Desired skills:*
* + 3+ years of model-based systems engineering
+ 3+ years of experience delivering IT services (e.g. cloud, cyber security, software, network, etc) for federal customers
+ Certifications in architecture, OMG preferred
+ Demonstrated leadership developing architecture for use on large programs
** WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:*
* + BA/BS in engineering, computer science, information technology or equivalent discipline, 10+ years of experience
+ 5+ years experience using systems modeling to develop architecture for federal customers
+ Security Clearance Level: Top Secret with SCI eligibility

SCITLS
The likely salary range for this position is $191,250 - $258,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
