Overview:
Ignite is seeking a JEMSO Subject Matter Expert (SME) / EMSO Analyst to provide Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) and Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO) expertise in support of USSTRATCOM's Joint EMSO Center. This position focuses on advancing joint force EMSO readiness through the development of concepts, policies, strategies, and plans, while representing the command in key DOD forums.
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the development of future EW and EMSO concepts, strategies, and operational plans.
• Inform and contribute to the advancement of EMS-related policies affecting joint force readiness.
• Provide expert representation for USSTRATCOM's Joint EMSO Center in DOD forums, working groups, and planning sessions.
• Support the design, integration, and assessment of EMSO elements in joint military exercises and modeling & simulation activities.
• Provide recommendations to strengthen JEMSO capabilities across Combatant Command and Service-level operations.
• Produce technical documentation, reports, and briefings in accordance with contract deliverable requirements (CDRL A003).
Job Requirements
Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO) or Signals Intelligence (SIGINT).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting joint force operations at the Combatant Command or Component level.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in military exercise design and/or modeling and simulation.
Preferred
Skills:
• Experience working in or with Combatant Command JEMSO organizations.
• Familiarity with DOD EMSO policy and joint doctrine.
• Experience in representing EMSO interests in DOD-level strategy and policy development forums.
