We’re looking for a highly skilled and quality-driven professional to join our Dev Ops group and take ownership of codebase management and development workflows in a fast-paced onsite environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong
** Java
* * expertise, hands-on
** Dev Ops
* * experience, and a passion for building reliable CI/CD pipelines, improving delivery quality, and supporting high-performing engineering teams.
** C++
** experience is considered a strong priority and will be highly valued.## Responsibilities
* Manage and support the codebase and development workflows as part of the Dev Ops group.
* Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting Java and JavaScript applications.
* Build, enhance, and support backend services using
** Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs**.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to streamline build, deployment, integration, and release processes.
* Use tools such as
** Git Hub, Git Hub Actions, Artifactory**, and other Dev Ops platforms to improve software delivery efficiency and reliability.
* Participate in code reviews and help drive high-quality, maintainable, and secure deliverables.
* Support integration and deployment activities across development environments.
* Troubleshoot build, deployment, and runtime issues across Linux-based environments.
* Contribute to a culture of first-time-right execution and zero-defect production delivery.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.
* Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and continuous improvement opportunities.
* Complete all assigned, mandatory training within the timeframe provided.
* Conduct and/or participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with your direct manager and/or direct reports.## Qualifications
* Strong experience in
** Java
