We’re looking for an IT Support Technician I to support our Information Systems team in the Omaha office
. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for employees across the organization—troubleshooting issues, providing technical support, and helping keep our systems running smoothly. This is a great opportunity to grow your IT career in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to IT support requests (phone, email, in‑person)
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application issues
  • Track and resolve tickets in a timely manner
  • Provide technical support to employees across all departments
  • Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of devices and systems
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with users
  • Participate in rotating on‑call support
  • Support additional IT projects as needed
Qualifications
  • Associate’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field or High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years of relevant experience
  • 1+ year of IT Help Desk or technical support experience
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
