• Project lead for dedicated IT components in corporate stores and the corporate office.
• Technology responsibilities inclusive of but not limited to:
  • Paytronix – Tier1 support lead.
  • Word press – Maintain and support GPI public footprint.
  • Point Of Sale – Menu and hardware support.
  • Digital Signage – Maintain and support.
  • Restaurant core components – Maintain and support.
  • Vendor Relationship – Project Manage.
• Communicate required and recommended tier one support to franchisees
• Ensure all responsible systems and hardware are maintained to compliance standards.
• Resolve tickets and issues as assigned.
• Provide after-hours and weekend on-call technical support and maintenance as needed.
• Special projects and other duties as assigned by IT.

• High School Diploma
• Two or more years of industry experience
• A passion for helping people
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to take initiative
• Great people skills and customer service-oriented
