Role: Program Manager (Enterprise Transformation)
Duration: 6+ Month Contract
Location: Onsite – Omaha, Nebraska
Job Type: On Going Contract, W2
Expected hours per week: 40
Schedule: 100% On-site
Pay Range: $80.00 - $92.00
OverviewWe are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives within a dynamic enterprise environment. This role requires a strong leader who can operate across all levels of the organization, driving alignment, delivering measurable outcomes, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple work streams.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership- Partner with stakeholders across the organization to define program vision, align priorities, and execute initiatives that deliver measurable business impact
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and clients, providing clear visibility into program progress, risks, and outcomes
- Influence decision-making through thoughtful communication and strategic insight
- Translate complex, multi-layered information into clear, actionable insights and narratives that support enterprise-wide alignment
- Serve as a connector across Technology, Operations, and Engineering teams
- Develop and manage integrated program roadmaps, ensuring alignment between high-level strategy and detailed execution plans
- Partner closely with project managers to drive coordinated delivery across initiatives
- Take full ownership of program outcomes, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time with clear success metrics and performance tracking
- Establish and maintain standardized processes, tools, and reporting frameworks to ensure consistency, visibility, and control across all program areas
- Deliver clear, concise, and impactful updates to leadership, bridging technical and business perspectives to support informed decisions
- Lead large-scale transformation efforts with a hands‑on approach, ensuring adoption and execution at both strategic and operational levels
- Apply expertise in Agile and traditional delivery models to manage risk, drive execution, and ensure high-quality outcomes
- Proven experience leading complex, enterprise-wide programs
- Strong ability to influence and align senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Experience bridging business and technical teams
- Demonstrated success driving transformation initiatives from strategy through execution
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
