Implementation Analyst
Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking an Implementation Analyst to join their team. As an Implementation Analyst, you will be part of the Program Management and Change Management teams supporting business analysis, SharePoint administration, and dashboard development. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $49.66
What's the Job?- Conduct business analysis for the Program Director and Change Management functions through structured questioning, interviews, and research.
- Build and administer SharePoint sites to support change management initiatives.
- Create dashboards using Excel data and manage program timelines to ensure project visibility and tracking.
- Lead discovery processes by defining accurate, testable requirements aligned with business outcomes and client value.
- Own the testing lifecycle, including writing detailed test scenarios, executing tests, validating outputs, and guiding clients through User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Experience in client-facing roles with a focus on quality and validation.
- Hands‑on experience in writing detailed test scenarios, executing testing, and managing defect resolution.
- Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall delivery models, including documentation such as user stories and RTMs.
- Ability to synthesize complex information, develop clear acceptance criteria, and prioritize work based on business impact and risk.
- Strong communication skills, proactive ownership, and the ability to thrive in evolving environments.
