Gen AI Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced Gen AI Architect with 11 to 13 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in SQL, ETL, Oracle PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, and ETL Tool
- Talend. This role is based in our office and operates during the day shift. No travel is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the GIS team in developing and implementing geospatial solutions.
  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of ETL processes using Talend.
  • Provide technical expertise in SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, and Unix Shell Scripting.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all geospatial projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GIS data with other business systems.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for all GIS processes and procedures.
  • Monitor and optimize ETL workflows to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to GIS and ETL processes.
  • Implement best practices for data management and geospatial analysis.
  • Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in GIS and ETL.
  • Contribute to the company’s mission by delivering high-quality geospatial solutions that impact society positively.
  • Qualifications:

    • Possess strong technical skills in SQL, ETL, Oracle PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, and ETL Tool
      - Talend.
    • Have a minimum of 11 years and a maximum of 13 years of relevant experience.
    • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
    • Exhibit strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Show proficiency in developing and maintaining ETL processes.
    • Have experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
    • Display effective communication and collaboration skills.
    • Be committed to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
    • Possess a strong understanding of data integrity and accuracy.
    • Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality geospatial solutions.
    • Demonstrate the ability to train and mentor junior team members.
    • Show dedication to contributing to the company’s mission and societal impact.
    • Exhibit strong documentation and process development skills.
