Position:
Hybrid (50% onsite) in Omaha, NE. Not eligible for employer visa sponsorship.

What will you do?
  • Coaching, mentorship, and skill development of team members.
  • Organize workshops, training sessions, and knowledge‑sharing forums to foster continuous skill development.
  • Advance product and technical maturity within teams and across the department by collaborating with product owners, business analysts, engineers, architects, and others.
  • Ensure standards and best practices are implemented and followed within the team to provide solution consistency, readability, and maintainability.
What are we looking for?
  • Three or more years of related work experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Insurance coverages, rating schemes, and insurance products knowledge.
  • Technical background with strong understanding of information systems and development operations.
Who would excel in this role?
  • Knowledge of property casualty rating and policy coverages and endorsements.
  • Experience with application lifecycle management tools such as Dev Ops, JIRA, or Rally.
  • SQL knowledge.
  • Excellent oral and written communication with all levels of the organization and vendors.
