Business / System Analyst
Our client is looking for a Business / System Analyst for a long term project in Omaha, Nebraska (onsite). Below is the detail requirement.
Role:Business/ System Analyst
Location:Omaha, Nebraska (onsite)
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
- Strong ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Experience writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into structured requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Business + Technology).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and ceremonies.
- Hands-on experience with tools:
Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Excel, Visio, or equivalent.
- Experience working in operations-heavy environments (Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation).
- Experience with:
Backlog Management & Prioritization. User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Product Delivery / Rollout Support. Ability to interpret system diagrams and basic technical architecture. Experience preparing executive updates and business-facing documentation.
