IT Workstation Support

Information Technology

Full-Time Regular

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

No remote/telecommuting opportunity

Provides basic level of workstation support to an assigned customer base which includes installing and troubleshooting workstation and peripheral hardware and software; customer training; workstation security administration; and documentation. This is a customer-oriented position and provides direct support for all desktop and endpoint related issues submitted by the enterprise.

• Bachelor's degree in IT Management/Administration or related Information Technology field (or equivalent). Will consider four years education/experience related to configuration, installation and support of workstation hardware and information technology support.
• No experience required; however, educational background in configuration, installation, and support of workstation hardware and IT support will be considered.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).

• Experience in an academic or healthcare environment.
• Proficiency with Active Directory common use cases.
• Experience with Endpoint Management Platforms (SCCM, Intune, Workspace One).
• Experience with workstation imaging processes, MDM solutions, O365 and cloud suite support functions.
• Proficient and advanced knowledge of all other requirements and preferences for this position.
