Technical Project Manager
FNTS is a nationally recognized Cloud Service Provider specializing in multi‑cloud solutions and security‑centric services. The Technical Project Manager plans, coordinates, and executes client‑facing and internal technology projects to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and aligned with stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end‑to‑end technical projects, from kickoff and planning to execution, monitoring, close‑out, and transition to steady‑state support.
- Coordinate project schedules, tasks, milestones, dependencies, owners, and deliverables to maintain momentum and visibility.
- Partner with Service Account Managers, Sales, Solution Architects, engineering, operations, finance, and support teams to align scope, timelines, expectations, and handoffs.
- Facilitate internal and client‑facing project meetings, preparing agendas, documenting meeting notes, capturing decisions, tracking action items, and driving follow‑up to completion.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, status reports, risk/issue logs, meeting notes, and close‑out materials.
- Communicate project status, upcoming activities, risks, issues, blockers, and timeline impacts proactively to stakeholders.
- Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints; escalating concerns when scope, schedule, resources, budget, or commitments may be impacted.
- Assist in reviewing and aligning project inputs such as statements of work, design documents, requirements, and timelines.
- Coordinate technical resources and stakeholders for implementation, migration, disaster recovery testing, service changes, onboarding, and other delivery initiatives.
- Support project turnover activities, including handoffs, lessons learned, documentation archive, and confirmation of close‑out tasks.
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or technical project delivery in IT services, cloud, infrastructure, or related technology environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, tasks, milestones, risks, issues, action items, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
- Strong organizational skills with capacity to handle multiple priorities and maintain detail in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to translate technical updates into clear, business‑friendly language.
- Experience coordinating cross‑functional technical and non‑technical teams to resolve blockers and support delivery outcomes.
- Working knowledge of project management fundamentals: scope, schedule, risks, issues, dependencies, change control, status reporting, and close‑out practices.
- Familiarity with IT services, managed services, cloud, infrastructure, data center, disaster recovery, security, networking, and service operations projects.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, One Note, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to build effective working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Customer‑focused mindset with accountability, professionalism, and follow‑through.
- Unrestricted work authorization and no future sponsorship required.
Base salary range: $89,828.00 – $. Final compensation may vary based on experience, education, and skill level.
Work EnvironmentThe incumbent will work in a hybrid capacity: in‑person collaboration three days a week and remote flexibility two days a week, with tools to support seamless transitions between environments.
