The Digital Automation Analyst Senior will serve as a strategic bridge and leader between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, analyzing business needs and translating them into governed, scalable solutions built on low-code/no-code tools, reporting platforms, and AI agentic solutions. The role emphasizes process analysis, solution feasibility, data and analytics alignment, and responsible AI adoption, ensuring solutions are well designed, compliant, and aligned to enterprise platform standards.
The analyst focuses on what should be built and why, not primarily on hands on development. Additionally, the analyst may build lower complexity solutions and reports.
- Serve as a strategic bridge and leader between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, analyzing business needs and translating them into governed, scalable solutions built on low-code/no-code tools, reporting platforms, and AI agentic solutions.
- Emphasize process analysis, solution feasibility, data and analytics alignment, and responsible AI adoption, ensuring solutions are well designed, compliant, and aligned to enterprise platform standards.
- Focus on what should be built and why, not primarily on hands on development. May build lower complexity solutions and reports.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a business analyst, technical analyst, or hybrid role.
- Demonstrated experience analyzing and designing solutions using low-code/no-code tools, reporting platforms, and AI agentic solutions.
- Ability to translate business needs into technically feasible, platform-aligned designs. Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and workflow design; data and analytics concepts; low-code/no-code platforms in governed environments.
- Experience leading larger scale analysis projects and assisting other analysts in learning the discipline.
