Overview
Title: Scrum Master (Certification is Mandatory)
Location: Omaha, NE;
Wilmington, DE;
Coral Springs, FL (5 Days Onsite)
Duration: Long Term
Domain: Payments, Bank, or Cards domain experience is mandatory
Responsibilities- Apply Scrum principles and facilitate the Scrum process for the team; ensure daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives are productive.
- Work with technical delivery teams and promote engineering best practices, including test-driven development and technical solution integration.
- Coach the team to ensure transparency, inspection, and adaptation of processes and outputs.
- Support the product team in creating and maintaining a clearly defined backlog, release planning, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align on goals and deliverables across sprints and releases.
- Encourage continuous improvement and remove impediments to team performance.
- Knowledge of other frameworks such as Kanban, SAFe, and XP is a plus.
- Minimum of 9 years total experience with at least 4 years of hands-on Scrum Master experience in a technical domain.
- Must have PSM or CSM Certification and strong knowledge of the Scrum framework.
- Experience working with technical delivery teams and familiarity with engineering practices and integration.
- Proven ability to facilitate ceremonies, coach teams, and promote agile adoption.
- Ability to collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering stakeholders to drive value delivery.
