Mobile Device Support Engineer

Overview

Akkodis is seeking an experienced Mobile Device Management (MDM) Consultant to support a large-scale enterprise mobility program focused on iPad and Mac lifecycle management. This individual will play a critical role in device provisioning, deployment, inventory management, break/fix support, asset recovery, and refresh initiatives across a fleet of corporate-owned Apple devices. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience with enterprise mobility solutions, Apple device management, depot operations, asset management, and end-user support.

This role requires extensive coordination with business stakeholders, end users, vendors, and onsite technical teams to ensure a seamless device experience throughout the entire device lifecycle.

$23.00/hr to $30.00/hr;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise mobile device management environments.
• Experience provisioning and supporting Apple iPads and Mac devices.
• Hands-on experience with MDM platforms such as Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro, VMware Workspace ONE, Mobile Iron/Ivanti.
• Experience with asset management and inventory tracking processes.
• Understanding of Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Automated Device Enrollment.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and organizational abilities.
