Job DescriptionPosition Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate, and synchronize PSYOP/MISO plans supporting strategic and operational objectives.
- Support deliberate, contingency, and crisis action planning utilizing the Joint Planning Process (JPP) and Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP).
- Integrate MISO capabilities into campaign plans, OPLANs, CONPLANs, and operational orders.
- Conduct mission analysis and provide recommendations regarding influence activities within the Information Environment (IE).
- Support planning efforts related to Operations in the Information Environment (OIE), Information Operations (IO), and Irregular Warfare (IW).
- Develop and assess Measures of Performance (MOPs) and Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs).
- Coordinate with Joint Staff elements, Combatant Commands, Intelligence Community partners, and interagency organizations.
- Prepare and deliver briefings, reports, assessments, and decision-support products for senior military leadership.
- Support integration with adjacent capabilities, including:
Military Deception (MILDEC) Operations Security (OPSEC) Cyberspace Operations Electronic Warfare (EW) Intelligence Support to Information Operations
Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
- Former Army 37A Psychological Operations Officer or 37F Psychological Operations Specialist.
- Former FA30 Information Operations Officer.
- Graduate of:
Psychological Operations Qualification Course (POQC) MISO Program Design and Assessment Course (MPDAC) Joint Military Deception Planners Course Joint Information Operations Planner Course - Experience supporting: USSTRATCOM USCYBERCOM USSOCOM CENTCOM Joint Staff organizations
- Experience integrating Information Related Capabilities (IRCs) into operational planning.
- Experience supporting influence activities, strategic messaging, and information advantage initiatives.
