Toast is seeking an Enterprise Support Expert to join our Customer Care team in Omaha. You will resolve highly complex technical issues across a broad product landscape, manage demanding enterprise stakeholders, and field inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
We expect 2-4 years in technical support, the ability to learn Toast's product suite quickly, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. After training, you will be in the office two days a week at our Omaha location.
