Job Purpose
Infrastructure Systems Administrator is responsible for the installation, configuration, monitoring, maintenance, and support of P3's infrastructure technologies, including network, cloud, server, storage, and security platforms. This role serves as a primary technical resource for supporting and maintaining enterprise networking systems, Citrix Remote Access, Azure cloud services, Windows and Linux operating systems, storage solutions, and related infrastructure technologies. The Infrastructure Systems Administrator will leverage technical expertise to provision, manage, monitor, secure, and optimize infrastructure services while ensuring the reliability, availability, and security of business-critical systems.
This position plays a critical role in supporting the organization's growing infrastructure and networking environment, reducing reliance on external consultants, and ensuring operational continuity through proactive administration, troubleshooting, and capacity planning. The Infrastructure Systems Administrator will work closely with Information Security, Development, Operations, and Business teams to design, implement, support, and continuously improve the organization's infrastructure and network environments.
This role offers a hybrid work arrangement. Candidates will follow our hybrid schedule, working in office three days per week.
Essential Functions And Responsibilities- Serves as a primary administrator for enterprise network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, wireless systems, VPN connectivity, and network security appliances.
- Monitors network and infrastructure performance, availability, and capacity; proactively identifies and resolves issues impacting business operations.
- Performs network troubleshooting and root cause analysis for connectivity, performance, and security-related incidents.
- Administers and maintains network services including DNS, DHCP, IP address management, routing, switching, and network segmentation.
- Assists with network architecture planning, infrastructure upgrades, and technology modernization initiatives.
- Maintains network and systems infrastructure documentation, diagrams, standards, and operational procedures.
- Coordinates with internet service providers and technology vendors to resolve service issues and implement infrastructure improvements.
