IT Program Manager
Insight Global is seeking an IT Program Manager for a leading engineering and professional services organization. This candidate will play a key role in the ERP transformation initiative by leading the functional work streams and driving the successful delivery of critical system components. The ideal candidate has experience overseeing multiple interconnected projects, managing executive stakeholders, and ensuring alignment between business goals and technology delivery.
This role requires strong program governance, financial management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional leadership skills to successfully execute complex enterprise programs and deliver measurable business outcomes. The compensation for this role is $150,000 annually.
Required Skills & Experience- 5+ years of IT Program or Project Management experience
- Experience leading enterprise-level technology programs, transformations, or large-scale initiatives
- Proven ability to manage multiple interdependent projects within a program
- Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with program governance, risk management, and financial oversight
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
- Experience working within structured PMO environments
- Ability to drive cross-functional alignment and influence without direct authority
- Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- PgMP certification - SAFe Program Consultant certification
- Service Now Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) experience
- Experience with digital transformation or enterprise modernization initiatives
- Engineering, architecture, construction, or professional services industry experience
