- 3–5 years of Vulnerability Management / Cybersecurity / ITSM experience
- Strong Service Now or other ITSM/ticket management experience
- Vulnerability remediation coordination across technical teams
- Strong reporting & data analysis skills
- Experience managing vulnerability backlogs
- Ability to identify and reduce manual processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
