This position will be with National Indemnity Company in Omaha, NE with a hybrid 50% in the office work environment.  This position is not eligible for employer visa sponsorship. #LI-Hybrid / #LI-Onsite
* Responsible for the coaching, mentorship, and skill development of team members.
* Organize workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing forums to foster a culture of continuous skill development within the team.
* Advance the product and technical maturity within teams and across the department by collaborating with product owners, business analysts, engineers, architects, and others involved
* Ensure standards and best practices are implemented and followed within the team to provide solutions' consistency, readability, and maintainability.
* Three or more years related work experience.
* Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent
* Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
* Insurance coverages and rating schemes and insurance products
* Someone with a technical background who has a strong understanding of information systems and development operations.
* Knowledge of property casualty rating and policy coverages and endorsements
* Experience working in application lifecycle management tools such as Dev Ops, JIRA, or Rally
* SQL knowledge
* Excellent oral and written communication with all levels of the organization and individuals outside of the organization, including vendors
