Journey Architect

Physicians Mutual is looking to hire a Journey Architect who will establish marketing strategies and perform a detailed analysis of customer and journey data in order to determine marketing opportunities.

• Evaluate effectiveness of different journey paths.
• Implement necessary changes that will improve journey path results, manage promotion costs and profitability.
• Initiate accurate and timely implementations of integrated journeys consisting of direct mail, social media, email, telemarketing and more.
• Develop an annual promotional budget to accomplish overall journey objectives.
• Plan and execute the testing strategy to accomplish the promotional budget.
• Provide direction, guidance, and resolve issues with internal and external vendors and customers as needed.

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related areas is required.
• A minimum of 2-5 years of marketing and sales experience is required.
• Proficient in utilizing tools such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Journey Builder, and Marketing Cloud is required.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills to analyze and forecast complex data.
• Strong planning and organization skills.
• Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills.
• Strong math and financial knowledge.
• Self-motivated and efficient with minimal supervision.
