Qualifications And Experience
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent GED is required for this position, and education will be verified upon an accepted offer of employment
  • Candidates are required to have a minimum of 2 years of professional work experience
  • Health insurance industry experience in employee benefits and/or personal insurance strongly preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Advocacy, Relationship Management, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role preferred
  • Current Life & Health insurance license, or the ability to obtain one within a short timeframe
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional listening ability
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in documentation and customer interactions
  • Strong technical aptitude, including comfort using CRM systems and other technology platforms
  • Self‑motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive, with a positive, “can do” attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders
  • Passion for helping customers achieve the best possible outcomes
Work Environment

This position is fully in office and based at the Milliman Omaha office
. Candidates must be able to work on‑site in Omaha, Nebraska on a full‑time basis. This is not a remote position.

Milliman Omaha offers a business casual, professional office environment located at 180th & Dodge
, where employees work alongside a collaborative team of approximately 75 professionals.

Compensation

A combination of factors will be considered to determine the compensation for this role, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, etc. This is a non‑exempt overtime eligible role. This role is a seasonal/temporary, hourly, non‑exempt, full‑time position expected to last approximately 4 months.

This role also includes production‑based incentives tied to two primary activities:

  • Bookings

Meetings with individuals to consult and educate on health insurance options. These typically take approximately 45 minutes.

  • Incentive: $40 for each fully completed and documented booking
