We are seeking a Benefits Enrollment Specialist
to support individuals as they navigate health insurance options through education, enrollment assistance, and ongoing communication. In this role, you will serve as a trusted resource to consumers, helping them make informed decisions while delivering a high-quality customer experience that reflects Milliman’s values at every interaction.

Key Responsibilities- Educate and consult with individual health insurance consumers to help them understand available coverage options
- Assist customers through the enrollment process with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy
- Deliver proactive follow-up and ongoing support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal and external stakeholders, including employees, client decision makers, insurance carriers, and brokers
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in internal systems and CRM platforms
- Contribute to Milliman’s service model by delivering a consistent, high quality customer experience
- Use customer interactions and feedback to support retention strategies and continuous improvement efforts

- Health insurance industry experience in employee benefits and/or personal insurance strongly preferred
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Advocacy, Relationship Management, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role preferred
- Current Life & Health insurance license, or the ability to obtain one within a short timeframe
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional listening ability
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in documentation and customer interactions
- Strong technical aptitude, including comfort using CRM systems and other technology platforms
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive, with a positive, “can do” attitude
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders
- Passion for helping customers achieve the best possible outcomes

The hourly pay range for this role is$15.00 - $25.00
, depending on relevant factors including education, experience, qualifications, skills, certificates, and other business considerations.
This role also includes
production-based incentives
tied to two primary activities:
- Bookings
Meetings with individuals to consult and educate on health insurance options. These typically take approximately 45 minutes.
- Incentive:$40 for each fully completed and documented booking
- Applications
Completion of insurance applications with carriers. These typically take approximately 15–20 minutes.
