Job Description

At Farmers Insurance, we believe insurance is about more than policies—it is about protecting the people, families, and businesses that make our communities strong.

We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial professional to pursue a Principal Insurance Agent opportunity in Omaha, Nebraska. This position is designed for someone who wants more than a traditional sales role and is ready to build a long-term business, develop lasting client relationships, and create greater control over their professional and financial future.

You will work with individuals and business owners to understand their risks, identify coverage needs, and provide insurance solutions that protect what they have worked hard to build. You will also have access to experienced district leadership, established systems, business-development resources, and the strength of a nationally recognized insurance brand.

This is an opportunity to build something of your own without having to do it alone. If you are a proven relationship builder, sales professional, manager, or business leader who is ready to take the next step toward agency ownership, we would welcome the opportunity to speak with you.
