• Track, analyze, and prepare essential carrier reports, loss ratios, commission data, and create preesentations.
• Support new and renewal business by analyzing RFPs, reviewing spreadsheet comparisons, securing pricing, and assisting with client presentations.
• Serve as a key partner to clients, internal teams, and insurance carriers—participating in stewardship meetings, resolving coverage issues, and supporting sales presentations.
• Monitor and calculate commissions, coordinate with finance, generate consulting invoices, and ensure compliance and final accuracy on all new and renewal policy documents.

• Bachelor’s Degree required, paired with 3 to 5 years of solid business or financial experience.
• Working knowledge of group benefits across multiple product lines (self-funded health, dental, life, and accident). CEBS/REBC designations or an Accident & Health license are a major plus!
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional customer service, presentation, and writing skills with a talent for translating complex benefit solutions for clients.
