Required Qualifications:- 1+ year of insurance experience, preferably in commercial insurance or claims.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, particularly on the telephone.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through.
- Be able to work 6:00am – 3:00pm CT with an hour meal break
