Is the Supply Chain Development Program right for you?

Our Supply Chain Development Program (SCDP) is an accelerated training program for college graduates who have the desire to excel in today’s fast-paced Supply Chain environment. We will enhance your Supply Chain skill set by providing exposure to our various facets of Supply Chain and experienced leaders within a diverse Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) organization at both the corporate and plant level.

This program is structured to last 36 months and will allow for consistent growth and individual development opportunities. You will rotate through three Supply Chain functions during your time in the program. At least one rotation will be within one of our manufacturing plants. These rotations will vary based on business needs and your career aspirations. Some of your potential rotations could be in, but not limited to:

Logistics
  • Work in functions such as customer order management, supply chain, transportation, and warehousing.
  • Develop and manage production schedules to ensure our products are manufactured and delivered on time.
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and maintain strong partnerships.
  • Gain expertise in business analysis, design thinking, decision intelligence, product management, and data science to provide accurate, timely, and actionable business insights across the organization.
Planning
  • Analyze market trends and historical data, predicting future product demand and ensuring we always have the right inventory levels.
  • Work closely with suppliers, production teams, and logistics to guarantee our products are delivered on time and efficiently.
  • Develop and manage budgets for production planning and ensure our operations are cost-effective while still hitting all our production targets.
Procurement
  • Work on exciting savings projects, bid on goods or services, and handle day-to-day business.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure we always have what we need to keep our inventory in check and running smoothly.
  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure we get the best quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Implement strategies to reduce waste and ensure products nearing expiration are used or sold first.
Do you have what it takes?
  • You will complete your Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Operations, Business or a related program of study no later than June 2026 (January start dates available for December grads)
