Lead the Future of Supply Chain Excellence
Phillips Manufacturing ("Phillips") is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager – Supply Chain to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations across a network of 10 manufacturing and distribution locations. This leadership role is responsible for driving production planning, inventory management, logistics coordination, and interplant supply planning to ensure operational efficiency, cost-effective distribution, and exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Do
As the Senior Manager – Supply Chain, you will:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of production planners, logistics coordinators, and inventory control professionals.
- Direct production planning and scheduling activities across Phillips Manufacturing's network of facilities.
- Establish and maintain optimal inventory stocking levels for all SKUs, ensuring alignment with business needs and customer demand.
- Oversee freight carrier relationships, transportation rate negotiations, and logistics service performance.
- Drive inventory accuracy initiatives, cycle counting processes, and aged inventory reduction efforts.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, sales, purchasing, and finance teams to balance customer service, inventory investment, and operational costs.
- Standardize and continuously improve supply chain planning processes across all locations.
- Identify opportunities to further leverage Net Suite and other technologies to improve supply chain visibility, planning, and inventory management.
- Develop actionable strategies that support business growth while maintaining operational excellence.
What We’re Looking For
Required Experience- Demonstrated leadership experience managing supply chain, logistics, production planning, or inventory management teams.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles and best practices within a manufacturing environment.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience utilizing ERP systems, inventory management tools, and supply planning technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience working in multi‑site manufacturing environments.
- Experience with Net Suite ERP systems.

Omaha, Nebraska - Candidates willing to relocate to Omaha are strongly encouraged to apply
- Up to 20% travel is required to support operations in Florida, California, West Virginia, North Carolina and warehouses
Education:
Bachelors (or MBA) with education focus in business, marketing or equivalent experience
