Branch Coordinator Spray Equipment Repair

Job Overview

This position is essential to the success of our retail stores. The Spray Equipment Repairer and Coordinator works closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about spray equipment products and repairs, recommend the right solutions, promptly resolve any customer concerns, maintain high quality and visual standards, and achieve sales goals.

Store #703251, 9317 J Street, Omaha, NE 68127. Pay: $21.50 per hour. Full‑time position.

• Perform repairs on all types of spray equipment (e.g., airless, conventional, electrostatic, pressure washers) at the store or at customers' job sites.
• Repair branch tinting and mixing equipment.
• Educate other employees and customers on spray equipment.
• Maintain inventory levels of spray parts and locate out‑of‑stock parts as needed.

• 18 years of age or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.
• Ability to operate a computer and communicate via telephone.
• Ability to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends.
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment (e.g., hand truck, pallet jack, forklift) once trained.
• Candidate will undergo a criminal background check.

• Prior work experience in retail or customer service.
• Customer service skills, including problem solving and handling customer complaints.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience with repairing spray equipment.
• High school diploma or comparable certification (e.g., GED).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to speak more than one language; preferably Spanish.
