What You’ll Be Accountable ForManaging Project Documentation with Accuracy
- Support the project team by ensuring all documentation is organized, current, and complete.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, logs, and drawing updates.
- Track deadlines and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure information flows reliably between office and field.
- Help keep teams aligned by ensuring communication is clear and timely.
- Assist with look-ahead schedules and work plans.
- Support subcontractor and vendor coordination.
- Provide organized meeting notes and follow-up items.
- Help verify that work aligns with drawings and project standards.
- Assist with QA/QC documentation and inspections.
- Identify discrepancies early and elevate appropriately.
- Maintain accurate progress reporting.
- Support material tracking and ensure documentation is complete.
- Maintain procurement and material logs.
- Track deliveries and verify quantities.
- Report discrepancies promptly.
- Fast‑paced, with a focus on accuracy and follow‑through.

- Structured with clear expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; exposure to Procore, Bluebeam, or scheduling tools preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work safely on active construction sites.
