Spray Equipment Repairer and Coordinator
This position is essential to the success of our retail stores. The Spray Equipment Repairer and Coordinator work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about spray equipment products and repairs, and recommend the right solutions. Spray Equipment Repairer and Coordinator are also expected to promptly resolve any customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction as well as stay up-to-date with product features and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store.
Spray Equipment Repairer and Coordinator are tasked with achieving excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store's sales goals.
This is a full time position.
The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Store #703251 at 9317 J Street, Omaha, NE 68127
The pay is $21.50 per hour.
Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors; and access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise and other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company's customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the general public.
Responsibilities- Perform repairs on all types of spray equipment (e.g. airless, conventional, electrostatic, pressure washers) at the store, or at customers' job sites
- Repairing branch tinting and mixing equipment
- Educating other employees and customers on spray equipment
- Maintain inventory levels of spray parts and locating out-of-stock parts, as necessary
Minimum Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- Legally authorized to work in country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status, now or in the future
- Be able to operate a computer and communicate via the telephone, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
- Willingness to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g. hand truck, pallet jack, forklift, etc.) safely once trained, with or without reasonable accommodation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior work experience in retail or customer service
- Customer service skills, including problem solving and handling customer complaints
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience with repairing spray equipment
- High school diploma or comparable certification (e.g. GED)
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to speak more than one language: preferably Spanish
