Through meaningful work, leadership exposure, and rotational experiences across our network, you will make an impact from day one while developing the foundation for future growth. Reporting to Supply Chain leadership, you will participate in Conagra’s 36‑month Supply Chain Development Program designed to accelerate your growth into a future Supply Chain leader. You will complete year‑long rotations across key Supply Chain functions, including a manufacturing assignment, gaining hands‑on experience and a broad understanding of Conagra’s end‑to‑end supply chain.

You will partner with teams across the organization, solve real business challenges, and contribute to delivering the products consumers know and love every day.

• Participate in year-long rotations across key Supply Chain functions based on business needs and development opportunities
• Build knowledge of end-to-end supply chain operations through hands‑on experience in both corporate and manufacturing environments
• Analyze business processes, data, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to solve business challenges and deliver results
• Develop project management, communication, and leadership skills through structured experiences, mentorship, and exposure to senior leaders
• Gain experience in one or more of the following areas:
  Logistics
• Environmental Health and Safety Planning
• Supply Chain Analytics & Data Science
• Procurement
• Food Safety
• Manufacturing Excellence and Continuous Improvement
• Risk Manufacturing
• Relocate for rotational assignments as required by business needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field completed by June 2027
• Demonstrated leadership through academic, professional, community, or extracurricular experiences
• Interest in building a long‑term career within Supply Chain
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills
• Willingness to relocate for a minimum of one year during the program based on business needs
• Willingness to travel up to 20%

Pay Range:$59,000-$79,000 The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
