As a Maintenance Associate at Sam’s Club, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go. Maintaining a positive attitude will ensure customers have a great experience from start to finish.

• Ensure a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance as necessary.
• Respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, and dispose of trash in accordance with the company environmental sustainability program.
• Maintain appropriate levels of approved chemicals and supplies and place orders when supplies are low.
• Follow all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, and hazardous material handling.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to stand for an entire shift and work in physically demanding environments.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining a positive attitude while on the job.

• Experience with facilities maintenance or custodial work.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.

Hourly wage range: $18.00 to $25.00. Additional compensation may be paid in premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
