Part time Custodian

We are seeking part time custodian to work 3pm - 10pm 4 days a week. This non-exempt position involves general cleaning duties and equipment operation such as vacuuming carpet, stripping, sealing and waxing floors, cleaning restrooms and collecting trash. Emphasis is placed on both independent and group work effort, judicial use of time, thoroughness and occasional assistance to the general public.

Most duties are performed in assigned areas under general supervision with the employee accomplishing the tasks independently. Performance is reviewed by daily observation and occasional inspection.
