Richdale Apartments is now hiring dedicated and motivated Maintenance Technicians for numerous Class A luxury communities. Our Maintenance Technicians play a key part in our team and are recognized and rewarded for their hard work.

Responsibilities

A Bit About the Role

• Respond to service requests including electrical, plumbing, air conditioning (HVAC), pool, and appliance in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
• Ability to identify hazardous conditions and correct them immediately
• Delivers various communications to residents as needed
• Provide the best quality customer service to our residents
• Must be able to work on-call

Qualifications

• HVAC certified preferred - training opportunities available
• 3-5 years relevant experience
• Ability to consistently display a positive attitude
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills—will communicate with residents, management, vendors and contractors
